Lesson #22 - Do you want a relief or a cure? (Part 1)


Mindfulness of restlessness is only a pre-requisite for peace. It can give you relief but not a cure. Restlessness derives from its roots of desires, incompleteness equations and conditionings, right in that order.

The lasting solution (cure) is right understanding.
You change your perspective. The illusion will drop on their own. You will feel light and free.

Deep Inquiry is a systematic process of digging, and digging out using well defined questions that you ask yourself.

When you get to know the truth through your own rational thinking, the effect is deep.
When you recognize that you were holding on to certain false ideas, you laugh at yourself and want to give them up.
But the next step is tough - really give them up.
